My Rates are negotiable and I will come and see the house before I give you any pricing. Below is just a guideline of prices and what’s included. Flat rate: Condo and apartment will be around $75-$80 depending what needs to be done. 3.5 bath, 3 bedroom or more: $160 3 bedroom, 2 bath: $130 3 bedroom, 1 bath: $110 Cleaning flat rates include: -Sweeping -Mopping -Dusting -Vacuuming -Wiping down counters & mirrors -Cleaning Ovens/microwave -Washing dishes -cleaning bathrooms -dusting blinds -cleaning basement Additional $20 fee will be added to flat rate if you need the following done: -Laundry -Cleaning up after pets -making beds -washing windows If you have any questions feel free to ask 🙂
