Condo and apartment will be around $75-$80 depending what nees to be done.
3.5 Bath, 3 Bedroom or more:$160
3 Bedroom, 2 Bath: $130
3 Bedroom, 1 Bath: $110
Cleaning flat Rates Include:
-Sweeping
-Mopping
-Dusting
-Vacuuming
-Wiping Down Counters & Mirrors
-Cleaning Ovens/Microwave
-Washing Dishes
-Cleaning Bathrooms
-Dusting Blinds
-Cleaning Basement
Additional $20 fee will be added to flat rate if you need the following done:
-Laundry
-Cleaning Up After Pets
-Making Beds
-Washing Windows
